Return Policy

Platinum Cloud is committed to providing complete customer satisfaction. We offer an exchange or refund (providing you return your garment unworn in the item's original condition and packaging). Exchanges/refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size or unsuitable.

Please allow for 14 working days for us to process your refund.

Faulty Items

If the received item is faulty, please email us at info@platinumcloudny.com Please quote your order number and full name together with details of the product and the fault. We will then provide advice on how to return your item. Please note that you must return faulty goods within 45 days of receipt.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty we will refund you standard postage rates. We are unable to cover the extra costs should you wish to use another service i.e. express, next day or via a courier.

When returning items you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to accept responsibility for returned items without proof of postage.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an incorrect order please email info@platinumcloudny.com immediately, quoting your name address and order number together with details of the item received and the item ordered. Please also indicate whether you require a replacement or refund. We will advise on how to return the goods.
